Plate G9.no7: Cement Works – near Canmore (Canada)*

Taking this photograph provoked a certain amount of hilarity amongst my fellow trekkers: spot the architect in the pack – he’s the one choosing to photograph the cement works whilst surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery in the world. My request to stop was met with not unexpected (but good humoured) disdain!
I shall of course continue to make a case for those things man-made, regardless of what or where they are – like a cement works for example, which I think are beautiful anyway, and even more so when they resemble 70’s-esque space stations…
