In November 2017, Child Bereavement UK launched a family bereavement support service in Glasgow, based in the Royal Hospital for Children, supported by Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity.
I was asked by the charity if I might speak at various promotional events, to offer the perspective from the bereaved parents point of view as to the benefits of the initiative.

On the 2nd November I was interviewed by the BBC, for both BBC Radio Scotland and, for television, BBC Reporting Scotland. Interviews were aired the following day, the 3rd, when I was also interviewed, along with Ann Rowlands, CBUK Director of Bereavement Support and Education on the BBC Radio Scotland ‘Stephen Jardine Show’. The interview for the latter can be heard in full at: https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b09cbvjs
